Split anterior tibial tendon transfer (Splatt) to the peroneus brevis/tertius for the correction of varus foot deformity in children: A case series

Objective: The purpose of the study was to determine safety/efficacy a split anterior tibialis tendon transfer (SPLATT) peroneus brevis/tertius in children with varus feet.Methods: This is case series 5children foot who had undergone brevis/tertius. principal outcome measures were changes pain (measured by likert scale), difficulty shoe wear mean difference pre and post op scores) radiological parameters obtained from anteroposterior lateral radiographs affected before after surgery. Each followed up for 1 year. Results: After surgery problems improved. criteria also showed clinically statistically significant (p
